Flat-rate U.S. shipping
Supplement orders ship anywhere in the contiguous United States for a $10.99 flat rate, and shipping is free once your order reaches $100. Apparel and gear ship separately.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm MT on a business day leave our Idaho facility the same day. Most U.S. addresses receive their order in 2-5 business days.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also check status anytime on our order tracking page.
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If a formula isn't right for your animal, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll help you find a better fit or refund the unused portion, opened bags included.
How to start a return
Email info@silverliningherbs.com with your order number and what didn't work. We'll send a prepaid label for eligible returns. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
International orders
We ship to Canada and select international destinations at calculated rates. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
