How much is shipping?

U.S. supplement orders ship for a $10.99 flat rate, and shipping is free once your order reaches $100. Apparel and gear ship separately and are excluded.

Orders placed before 1pm MT on a business day ship the same day from our facility in Idaho. Most U.S. orders arrive in 3-5 business days.

If a product is not right for your animal, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund on unopened product.

Most owners notice a change within 30 days of consistent daily feeding. Structural support formulas such as joint, hoof, and bone blends generally need 60-90 days.

Yes. Our formulas are designed to be layered, and many of our bundles pair two or three blends intentionally. If you are feeding three or more, reach out and we will help you sequence them.
